​As I was sitting on my porch today I thought to myself;  how could I  bring friends and family together to help build a stronger community? After pondering this question I decided that I will use my baking skills to help build a stronger community. Who doesn't like the excitement of baking something beautiful and delicious? 
I remember as a kid growing up how amazing it was to live in a community of people that loved and cared for each other. Nowadays people seem more distant than ever before. Honestly, I don't even know many of the people that live in the houses surrounding me. I rarely see any of them and the isolation is quite overwhelming. I'm wondering how many other people feel this way. Anyway, I am going to take my skills and do something about it. Hopefully, it will spark and inspire others to find a way to do the same. It's exciting to have family and friends join us in our efforts to expand the company. It is our plan to build a bakery debt-free so that we can focus on serving our community. Not only will we offer great desserts, but our facility will also offer classes for everyone to learn and improve their baking skills.
