Joy's Easy Banana Bread Recipe
You don't have to throw away your over ripe bananas because you can bake banana bread. I saw this receipe online and decided to give a try and adapt it to my liking.
I used 6-ripe bananas, 2-eggs, 1-stick butter, 1-cup white sugar, 1-cup brown sugar, 3-cups all purpose flour, 2-teaspoons baking soda, 2-teaspoons salt, cinnamon. STEPS: Mash bananas in a large bowl, add white & brown sugar, eggs and butter. In a separate bowl sift flour, salt, and baking soda. Add dry ingredients to the wet mixture plus cinnamon. I used a cake pan/bundt pan. Cook 1-hour until golden brown at 325 degrees.
